These patients may no longer need the acute care a hospital provides, but are still in need of complex care. At Colonial Care, we offer a range of treatments, rehabilitation therapies, and medical care. This includes our 36 bed Sub-acute unit, which offers care to the patients who no longer require hospital acute care but require more intensive licensed skilled nursing care.
A team of registered nurses, respiratory therapists, and physicians provide constant and consistent care for each resident. Our goal is to provide quality individualized care for each and every resident.
